Your order is our top priority and we will process it as soon as possible. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, except on weekends and public holidays.
For orders placed on nomadthelabel.com, we offer free shipping on orders over $120. Orders below $120 will have a standard shipping fee of $9.
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Full-priced items can be returned for exchange, store credit (no expiry), or refund. Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only.
Returns for exchange or store credit are FREE. Refunds on full-priced items are subject to a $10 handling fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.
We also offer in-person returns for all eligible items at Happy Returns locations across the US. All drop-off returns are box, label, and contact-free; refunds are processed immediately. Read more about our partnership with Happy Returns.
Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. They are added to your order total at checkout, so you won’t experience a surprise fee later.

Our most loved pieces are often made in limited runs. When something special sells out, pre-order lets us remake it thoughtfully without overproducing. By placing a pre-order, you’re securing your piece ahead of production.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. If there are any changes to timing, we’ll let you know.

Yes. Pre-orders are charged at checkout, just like standard orders. This confirms your order and reserves your place in the upcoming production run.

What if my item doesn’t fit when it arrives?
We want every piece to feel right on your body.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange, store credit, or a refund in accordance with our returns policy.
Will I receive updates while I wait?
Yes. We’ll keep you informed when your order is ready to be packed and again once it’s on its way.
Are pre-order pieces exactly the same as the photos?
Our garments are made from natural fibers, including linen and cotton. This means there may be subtle variations in wash, texture, or finish. These differences are part of the material’s character and part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.
Will my order ship separately if I purchase in-stock and pre-order styles together?
If your order includes two pieces and contains both in-stock and pre-order styles, everything will ship together once all pieces are ready. If you’d prefer split shipping, please contact our Customer Care team, and we’ll arrange this for you.

I’m a size 12 so had purchased my first pair of Sadhu pants in Moss in a Tall 12 and they fit very comfortably, but I noticed they mention ‘downsize for a true fit’ so I checked the measurement difference in cm’s and felt confident downsizing with my Charcoal pair. I ordered a Tall 10 and they are indeed the perfect fit - not tight, just less ‘roomy.’ Both look and feel equally as good. I ordered Tall as I don’t like shorter pants - I’m 165cm and they’re perfect. They don’t touch the ground and I can wear them comfortably with flats. They really are lovely pants - comfortable, classy, easy and good quality. Wardrobe staples that should stand the test of time.

Facebook was bombarding me with the adds from nomad and I was a bit sceptical first as those ads are often a scam. I did a bit more research as I saw all the real comments.
I have never paid 180aud for pants, but I somehow really wanted them :-) and decided to purchase end of the year before I commit to “no buy for a year challenge” :-)
I did buy them and love them!
The problem is now that I would love another color haha and can’t buy it because my challenge has started 😂😂

First purchase.. I ordered these and the soella top! Wasn’t sure on sizing usually it’s way off! I couldn’t find anyone who left measurements to guide me. So, Im going to help someone else!! I’m 5’7 160 pounds. My hips are 39-1/2 waist 38 I have “softball legs 🦵 “ I’m curvy. I took a chance when the sale happened..I ordered tall small. They fit but with that said i ordered another pair in tall xsmall. I believe, I can go down a size, because they are very roomy. The soella top is adorable!! Just wish we had more colors in this top with the sadhu pants like oatmeal and pastel colors would be great!! Here’s my measurements for the top.. I’m pit to pit 20’ 34ddd. I ordered the medium. I believe the top runs big. My upper body is small except my bust. I did just order another one in small. I believe it will fit much better. I usually am around 8-10 in sizing.
