All drop-off returns are box, label, and contact-free; refunds are processed immediately.
What is Happy Returns?
We’ve partnered with Happy Returns to provide a more sustainable, stress-free return and exchange experience — no printer or packaging required. With 9,000+ convenient Return Bar® locations, including 5,000+ The UPS Store® retail locations across the US, returning your item is easier than ever. Plus, each cardboard-free return helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 0.12 lbs per item.

To start your return, visit our online Return Portal, where you'll find the option to drop off your items at a nearby Happy Returns location. You can easily view the closest Return Bars or select other available locations.
Once selected, follow the steps to complete your return.
After submitting, you’ll be directed to a return status page with a QR code to present at the Happy Returns Bar during drop-off.
Just like with our traditional returns process, you’ll also receive a confirmation email with return details. Please bring your QR code and item to the Return Bar — Happy Returns won’t be able to process your return without it.
Yes, you can!
Print the prepaid shipping label and send your package back to us. A $10 handling fee will apply, but if you choose store credit for your refund, this fee will be waived.
Items purchased within 30 days are eligible for return, excluding final sale items, gifts, and gift cards. Please ensure all returned items are unaltered, include their original packaging, and still have any attached tags. Please read our Returns policy for more information.
Refunds for items dropped off at a Happy Returns location begin processing immediately. However, it may take up to 48 hours to complete the transaction.
When you start your return, you will receive a QR code via email. If you cannot find the email, please contact our support team at care@nomadthelabel.com.
