SHIPPING RATES AND CONDITIONS

Your order is our top priority and we will process it as soon as possible. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. 

Please note that during sale, promotional, and peak periods, orders may take longer than usual to process and dispatch. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Your shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout and will be viewed by you before payment. All orders are provided with a tracking number.

All items are sent with a tracking ID number.
FREE - Standard shipping on orders over US$100 (4-8 business day)

US$10 - Expedited shipping via DHL Express (3-5 business day) 
 
CANADA 

All items are sent with a tracking ID number.
FREE - Standard shipping on orders over CA$150 (4-9 business days)

CA$19.00 - Expedited shipping via DHL Express (3-5 business day)
 
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES 

All customers are responsible for customs/import duties and taxes on orders. Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, the shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. They are added to your order total at checkout.

Nomad the Label is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must provide an invoice for customs should they require it.  Nomad the Label will not provide refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & tax charges.  If customers outside of North America decline to pay duties and taxes at their country's port, the order will be returned to us at the customer's expense. Any shipping charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.
