Our Story

Nomad the Label is a tribute to the paths we each travel and the adventures we are yet to take.

Founded on the East Coast of Australia, by Louisa Warman in 2020, Nomad the Label was born from Lou’s desire to create garments that understand a woman’s need for freedom, longevity, and practicality in her wardrobe. The wayfaring namesake pays homage to a life of exploration, a need for comfort, and an affinity with mindful living.

Lou has long practiced the cycle of rebirthing, reusing, and repurposing the pre-loved. Her fashion career started as a joy for reselling second-hand finds in far north Queensland, which slowly evolved into 12 years of lived and learned fashion expertise. Nomad the label answers to a personal endeavor to find garments that stand the test of time and are a genuine joy to wear.

Made for nomadic souls – it is a lifestyle choice, where practicality, style, and sustainability co-exist.
