Our most loved pieces are often made in limited runs. When something special sells out, pre-order lets us remake it thoughtfully without overproducing. By placing a pre-order, you’re securing your piece ahead of production.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. If there are any changes to timing, we’ll let you know.

What does the waiting timeframe allow for?

Your wait allows for:

  • Carefully selected natural fabrics

  • Small-batch, artisan-level production

  • Thoughtful washing and finishing

  • Limited availability, not mass repetition

Will I be charged at checkout?

Yes. Pre-orders are charged at checkout, just like standard orders. This confirms your order and reserves your place in the upcoming production run.

Can I change or cancel my pre-order?

Yes. If you need to update your shipping details, adjust your order, or change your mind, our Customer Care Team is here to help.

What if my item doesn’t fit when it arrives?

We want every piece to feel right on your body.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange, store credit, or a refund in accordance with our returns policy.

Will I receive updates while I wait?

Yes. We’ll keep you informed when your order is ready to be packed and again once it’s on its way.

Are pre-order pieces exactly the same as the photos?

Our garments are made from natural fibers, including linen and cotton. This means there may be subtle variations in wash, texture, or finish. These differences are part of the material’s character and part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.

Will my order ship separately if I purchase in-stock and pre-order styles together?

If your order includes two pieces and contains both in-stock and pre-order styles, everything will ship together once all pieces are ready. If you’d prefer split shipping, please contact our Customer Care team, and we’ll arrange this for you.
