Your order is our top priority and we will process it as soon as possible. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, except on weekends and public holidays.

For orders placed on nomadthelabel.com, we offer free shipping on orders over $120. Orders below $120 will have a standard shipping fee of $9.

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for full-priced items. You can exchange for another item, and receive a store credit with no expiry date or a refund. Sale items can be returned for an exchange or store credit only.

Return window extended to 60 days for holidays:

Starting December 10, 2025, all eligible items purchased between December 10 and December 31, 2025, will enjoy an extended 60-day return and exchange window. Whether you're shopping for yourself or searching for the perfect gift, you can do so with the confidence that returns are hassle-free.

Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. They are added to your order total at checkout, so you won’t experience a surprise fee later.
