Your order is our top priority and we will process it as soon as possible. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, except on weekends and public holidays.
For orders placed on nomadthelabel.com, we ship via SEKO and offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD or $150 CAD. Orders below these amounts will have a standard shipping fee of $13 CAD. We also provide express shipping through DHL Express at $10 USD for the US and $19 CAD for Canada.
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for full-priced items. You can exchange for another item, and receive a store credit with no expiry date or a refund.
We also offer in-person returns for all eligible items at Happy Returns locations across the US. All drop-off returns are box, label, and contact-free; refunds are processed immediately. Read more about our partnership with Happy Returns.
Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. They are added to your order total at checkout, so you won’t experience a surprise fee later.

Love the fabric. Ordered the Medium based on the size chart and needed to exchange it for a Small. It arrived quickly and I am very happy with this top. My only request is that the actual garment measurements are provided to reduce/ eliminate the need to return items that are ordered online as each vendor sizes their clothes differently. Sadly, no standardization as there was many years ago.
