Your order is our top priority and we will process it as soon as possible. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, except on weekends and public holidays.
For orders placed on nomadthelabel.com, we ship via SEKO and offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD or $150 CAD. Orders below these amounts will have a standard shipping fee of $13 CAD. We also provide express shipping through DHL Express at $10 USD for the US and $19 CAD for Canada.
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for full-priced items. You can exchange for another item, and receive a store credit with no expiry date or a refund.
We also offer in-person returns for all eligible items at Happy Returns locations across the US. All drop-off returns are box, label, and contact-free; refunds are processed immediately. Read more about our partnership with Happy Returns.

I have bought several pieces from Nomad now and have never been disappointed. I bought the Dusty Coral in small and its falls perfectly. I know I will get a lot of wear from it.
Last year I bought a soft pink linen dress no longer on your website and every time I wear it I receive lovely comments from those I know and also random people. I am spending some months in London and I wore the dress yesterday in the city and twice well dressed ladies stopped me to ask about the dress.
I am 5ft tall and a size small and I find the baggy styles unflattering so please continue with the slightly A-Line styled dresses.

I was a bit apprehensive in ordering this one.. it’s rather pricey. Just arrived in the mail today. It is a bit of a shorter top which actually works well with the wide legged pants that I’ve got from Nomad. You don’t want a large top that hangs down over a large bottom. You need a shorter (but loose) top over loose bottoms to balance out your look. This top is wide enough to disguise my little tummy roll, but is short enough (or long enough) to tuck the front in the top of my Nomad pants which will give me a good look.. now that I’ve got this one in Taupe, I’ll be ordering others colors. As always, Nomad offers quality products. I ordered the small.. I’m 5’5” and 142 pounds for reference. I purchased the small, could have done well with an x-sm.
